Equipment overview:
1.The production line adopts new components, each component use high quality material, assorted machine, hydraulic system and electrical control system use advanced and reliable brand. TF deck/ roof panel NC high speed production line, whose production speed can reach 40m/min (includes cutting), multiple profiles can be produced through quick change cassette. PLC central control whole line, includes loading, uncoiler, pre-cutter, roll forming, servo flying cutter, stacker, discharging. HIM operateing, the whole line just needs one operator, many groups data can be set by one time, automatic producing, allocated with remote control, safety light curtain etc whole security systems, which is approved by CE. The roll forming craft is made by the special Germany cold roll forming program COPRA; the craft is also made the FEA analysis and check. The roller surface has been fine finished; make sure the profile is smooth.
